About Dr. Nikhil Ramburn DAOM, L.Ac.
Nikhil Ramburn, DAOM, L.Ac., is a RI and CT State Board certified practitioner of Oriental Medicine with advanced education in orthopedic/sports medicine and chronic pain management. He practices Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology and is one of the very few practitioners in Connecticut who utilizes Frequency Specific Acupuncture (FSEA) to treat patients. This form of acupuncture utilizes mild electrical stimulation (frequencies and current in millionths of an amp) to produce faster and more enduring results.
During his education at the prestigious Southwest Acupuncture College in New Mexico, he completed academic reviews of the scientific literature regarding the efficacy of acupuncture for the treatment of Lyme Disease. His other academic interest has been the use of Electro-Acupuncture in the treatment of post-operative patients, especially those undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA).
In addition to his concentration in chronic pain management, Dr. Ramburn has been commended for his achievements in neurological disorders, fertility conditions and psycho-emotional conditions.
When not practicing acupuncture, he can be found hiking and enjoying the outdoors.

About Cait Fischer LMT, CNMT, EST
Cait Fischer, LMT, CNMT, EST is a CT State Board Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician. She holds a certificate in Neuromuscular Massage which incorporates aspects of kinesiology and stretching to release habitual neuromuscular patterns.
Cait’s formal training enables her to impact the true source of body pain which is rarely where the pain is actually felt. Through her ability to perform postural assessments she is able to understand patterns of disharmony through visible or palpable distortions in movement and posture. Cait incorporates focused massage techniques with corrective exercise, joint alignment and relaxation treatments.
In her personal life, she is an avid hiker and enjoys yoga and Tai Chi.
